Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation policy for bad weather: Before we continue, it must be explained that meteorology is not an exact science, especially during the spring or the end of summer, so we are not able to make any final decisions until 24 hours before the start of the excursion.

For Charters/Tours/Sunset Cruises: 

  • A customer has 24 Hours prior to trip date to cancel reservation, otherwise the customer’s Credit Card will be charged 100% of the trip cost.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring payment for their guests when booking multi-customers on a group charter. If a guest of the party booked does not show for the scheduled trip, the customer booking the reservation will have their credit card charged for the full cost for that guest.
  • Customer must cancel more than 24 hours prior to their departure time to cancel without being in charged in full.

NOTE: In most cases we are able to rebook trips if notified well in advance of the scheduled date of booked trip. If trip is cancelled after it leaves the dock by the Captain due to weather conditions, etc., the price of the trip will be prorated accordingly.

NO REFUNDS PROVIDED ONCE CUSTOMER BOARDS THE BOAT.

ALL NO SHOWS ON THE DAY OF TRIP WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF TRIP OR BOOKING.
