An Experienced Captain
For over 20 years, Capt. Todd has been a licensed Charter boat Captain and has spent years learning the surrounding South Carolina coast, Capt. Todd currently is a Maritime Law Enforcement Instructor at the Coast Guards Maritime Law Enforcement Academy.
